Number six, the power of a cross is the power to free us or free you from your useless way of doing things your past useless way of doing things

which is something many people cannot be free from their old ways through christ we are redeemed

and helped to be free from the old ways through your cross others will be helped to be free

the powers of the cross

from the cross and the sacrifice

and in 1st Peter 1 you see this was a you put away blood of Jesus had a particular effect.

And in 1st Peter 1, you see, this one said, you put away sins.

This one said, take away sins.

This one make you sympathetic.

Now, this one is helping to free you from your past ways of doing things.

In 1st Peter 1 chapter 18,

it says for as much as you know that you were not redeemed

with corruptible things

such as silver and gold.

But you were redeemed from your vain conversation.
