Do you believe the future is female? Or do you believe the future is both female and male?
Seems like an obvious answer, but in a culture where ideology trumps reason and common sense, it isn’t. Americans today live w a constant drumbeat of narratives that promote women over men, and the most impressionable us—namely, children—are being raised to think women are somehow superior to men and that men are flawed by nature.
My guest today knows that if we only root for one sex to win, both sexes lose. Lisa Britton is a writer, activist and entrepreneur who believes all children, boys included, should be empowered to live their best lives. She has taken her mission all the way to Washington, DC, where she has met with lawmakers, encouraging them to focus on real issues affecting society and helping them work toward solutions.
