0:00.0	I mean, it's easy to say, you know, the death and resurrection and the nature of Christ,
0:05.7	the fact that he died four hours since rose again and I trust in him and then say,
0:09.3	there's the gospel and I would agree with that. But when you look at the scripture,
0:14.4	you find that if you pair the gospel down to the smallest possible gospel,
0:18.7	it will always feel like more needs to be said because more does need to be said.
0:23.8	Even when the apostles went and preached the gospel with just like a tiny little window of time
0:28.8	to talk to somebody, they could have given them something to respond to. But nobody would call
0:33.3	that the fullness of the gospel of Christ, it would, but it would still be saving. And that's kind
0:38.2	of what we need to see. A saving gospel. Let me share with you a scripture on this. Here we go.

0:50.7	ashamed of the gospel. Four it is. Let me fix the screen here. Four it is. The power of God for

1:02.7	the power of God to salvation when you believe that thing. This is why actions alone do not preach
1:07.7	the gospel because someone can't just look at you and go, I believe you're a wonderful person
1:12.4	who loves me. That's not the power of God to their salvation. Believing that you're a sincere,
1:19.2	religious person does not save anybody. Believing in Jesus does. This is why data,
1:24.8	information, you know, truths have to be imparted. And those truths aren't separate from
1:29.5	relational aspects. It's rather they're the avenue through which we know Christ and how we find out
1:33.8	about him. So yeah, it's not a gospel if it doesn't include that. But let's look real quick.
