| 0:00.0 | The Welcome to the happiness podcast. I'm Dr. Robert Puff. Organic fruits and vegetables that are eaten raw are especially good for us. This is |
| 0:27.4 | mostly how I eat and I really love the effects of it. I have lots of energy, I feel good, and overall it's just great for me. |
| 0:36.0 | However, I wasn't this way my entire life. |
| 0:40.0 | When I was growing up, my dad used to make these potatoes on special occasions. What he did is he |
| 0:45.1 | sliced up a bunch of potatoes, he put them into a vat of very unhealthy oil and cooked |

| 1:45.7 | What happens is sometimes on the weekends the fathers take their kids to movies which are clearly |
| 1:51.6 | inappropriate for these kids to watch because what happens is when they come into therapy |
| 1:56.0 | the first thing they want to share with me is the movie that they watch. |
| 1:59.0 | They may seem excited about it, but you can clearly tell that they need to get it off their |
| 2:04.6 | chest and how it scared them or made them upset because they really were too young for it. |
