during the 1920s and 30s. We talked about what it was, how popular it was, and if it ever came

We also discussed at some length the fact that labeling the French radical right-wing political

groups fascist is a somewhat controversial move.

That is not a totally unknown phenomenon in other nations as well, both from the interwar periods
