1:05.0	First, we are to distinguish the Atman from the Anatman, the self, the real self, from the not-self.
1:15.6	Once you have distinguished the real self from the not-self, then the not-self, the anatman, is merged back into the real self.

1:43.3	Find out the real self. And this you can find out by separating it from what is not self. Once the real self is ascertained, apart from the not-self,

2:12.6	And therefore, in the end, what remains? The self alone remains.
2:18.3	When the self alone remains, the not self is seen to be the false, then it is called the
