interesting questions for you. So the first question, we're going to, and then I have a few

questions for you that we're going to go to the crowd. Awesome. So the first question for you is

a lot of us, we all know you are. We've all seen a lot of your videos where you recommend,

you know, for the younger entrepreneurs, hustle grind, worker asset, I'm totally agree with you.

So most of us though, we're 30 to 50s kind of age wise, and everyone here has a million to

a hundred million plus dollar business. So what advice would you give to us?

You know, I think even that advice, you know, work hard grind, I think all of it's really

predicated on self-awareness. And I think everyone sitting in this room knows that

where you are right this second might be slightly different than where you were 36 months ago,
