Chad, we are in chapter 10 of second Samuel we last week got to hear about David being like I got to show the kindness of God to someone from the house of saw particularly because I made a promise or an oath or a covenant to Jonathan and we had this beautiful story about David and Jonathan's crippled son and got a real good picture of what it means to be invited to sit at the Lord's table forever and always.

Yeah, that's about right. Yeah, it's a chapter 9 and 10 are pretty fascinating counterpoints to each other because you see you see David in a couple of different lights. His impetus, the reason he does what he does, the beginning of chapter 9 and chapter 10 is really the same. He's wanting to show

he said he's going to show kindness for devotion or loyalty to somebody. But in Chapter 9, everything goes great because you have
