Summary

“No matter what I’m doing, there is awareness. That awareness sounds like silence and feels like love. And it’s what will always carry you through.”

Nikki Walton is a best-selling and NAACP Image Award-nominated author, TV personality, podcast host, and licensed psychotherapist.

We talk about Nikki’s struggle with the fear of death, how meditation changed her life, how she listens for guidance in the inner silence of her own mind, and why it’s important not to mistake non-attachment for detachment.
