another week. It is our second week here in the month of August. Week number six. So last

night we wind up going two and one. If it wasn't for well we didn't get the over

in the main event that we thought that we're going to get and

Unfortunately I got a text message about two minutes before the fight began and it was from a sportsbook friend of mine who told me that they had not taken at this one

particular sports book they had not taken a single bet on the under for Derek Lewis's

fight against Alexia Lennick. Now the single bet, not one. Everyone was on the

over at even money and when I saw that I said we're in real trouble and I hate rolling with the public and as we go through here on the

daily Jews from time to time we're going to have conversations about not wanting to bet with the public

and yes the public does win at times but for the vast

majority of times the public is going to lose that's why Vegas is Vegas and the

sports books are in business because the running with the masses

is not a very good philosophy in my opinion

and I've always looked to fade the public.

So when that text message popped up, I went,

oh no.

We got to the second round, and then Derek Lewis does

what Derek Lewis does, and he wanted to end the fight quickly,

both at the start of the first round and the start of the second round.

If Olinic had just survived that barrage early like he did in the first round, I think we would

have cashed.

It was just too difficult to stop Derek Lewis and once he got on top a Lennick just turdled and that was it
