1:02.9	What got me into real estate? I worked a sales job, basically, and was going into debt,
1:09.3	living paycheck to paycheck, and just had to figure out another way to get out of the rat race and not, you know, keep going into debt, keep living paycheck to paycheck.
1:18.6	Just was really motivated to create some more additional streams of revenue.
