I feel like I should be saying welcome back because I just took a five-week break from the Bible study podcast, although you may not know it because they came out one week at a time, just like normal. But I have been traveling in China, Japan, South Africa, and Botswana,

0:44.0	So I do travel a lot, but this is a long trip for me.
0:47.5	So I'm just getting back to this, which is not a bad thing for this particular chapter,
0:53.9	because between Chapter 21 and chapter 22,
0:58.4	a lot has happened and a long time has passed.
1:02.6	I don't mean a long time as in hundreds of years, but certainly long enough to have one of the most amazing things in this particular story happen
1:12.4	in today's chapter. When we left the story, you may remember, we had two kings of Judah,
1:19.4	Manasseh and Amman, one right after another, and they were not good kings. They were evil kings.
1:26.1	They erected altars to Baal and Asherapoles, and they
1:30.2	took the people of God again away from the worship of the Lord. And today we go in a different
1:37.7	direction. Second Kings 22, the book of the law found, Josiah was eight years old when he became king, and he reigned in Jerusalem 31 years. His mother's name was Jededa, daughter of Adia. She was from Basquath. He did what was right in the eyes of the Lord and followed completely the ways of his father, David,
2:01.4	not turning aside to the right or to the left.
2:05.2	In the 18th year of his reign, King Josiah sent the secretary,
2:10.4	Sheffan, son of Azalea, the son of Mashulam, to the temple of the Lord.
2:16.7	He said, go up to Hilkaya, the high priest, and have him get ready the money that has been
2:23.2	brought into the temple of the Lord, which the doorkeepers have collected from the people.
2:29.6	Have them entrusted to the men appointed to supervise the work on the temple, and have these men
