Hey folks.

So I'm doing a quick breaking news episode based on what has just happened.

There has been last night there were two Israeli embassy aides murdered in

Washington, D.C., and I lived in Washington, D.C. for eight years, so I know the area fairly well.

But two young workers at the Israeli embassy in Washington, D.C., so these are Americans, were murdered

and outside an event that was being held at the Capitol Jewish Museum.

I have never been there.

But apparently the American Jewish Committee was hosting a reception for

young diplomats and these two people, Jaron Lyschinsky and Sarah Milgram, who were a couple,

were murdered. And I believe as he was taken into custody. So I don't think this is accused. I think this is

pretty obviously like taken into custody at the scene. But anyway, Elias Rodriguez was the

shooter, the suspect, 30 years old of Chicago. And he was yelling free Palestine as he was being arrested.

So it seems that this clearly was done for those reasons.

It wasn't like a robbery gone wrong or wrong or something like that.

And I just wanted to give some initial thoughts on, you know, just just on this, this tragedy.

For one thing, of course, I'm opposed to all violence, all murder.

And I think that it's very easy to become the monsters that you believe you're fighting.

If we are to think that it's okay to start murdering people that are tangentially, you know,

distantly connected to this genocide, then where does that stop?

I mean, it would be hundreds of thousands that are tangentially connected, sadly, to this genocide. That doesn't mean that they should get

off the hook. It doesn't mean that people tangentially connected should just be told, oh, that's fine,

you know, support a genocide. But these are,
