I know, right? That was like, you know, the feedback I think really helped.

We got some feedback that we talk a little bit fast,

so we'll warn you, don't listen on 1.5 speed.

Megan has, I think she has the fast forward button permanently on,

like she came out of the womb that way.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure my first words were mama, but as opposed to like the standard mama, it was like, mama, mama, mama, mama, mama,

so that's not the first time I've gotten feedback about talking fast.

It's basically whenever you get like the sandwich feedback for

presentations the the middle of my sandwich is like you should talk a little slower.

I don't know how you would do that to her. You need to give her like some

quagludes or something. But yeah, so what we're going to keep doing is keep it chill, keep it straightforward, try to do two a week, do a hard cap of 30 minutes,

and just try to have some fun here.

Do you have any other rules that we're going to do with us?

We really don't have any rules, which kind of parallels

how we are in life, to be perfectly honest with you but hey if you have
