And their question was, okay, we loved all this, but I'm wondering, how can I help a squirly four-year-old

I think it's why there's so many resources and Instagram pages popping up specifically

everyone is hoping and looking for for resources and I think what we have to

offer here or the insights that I want to share today are first off I think expectations are everything.

I think you can expect them to be squirly and know that that's okay.

However your child is or maybe not as attentive or disrupting whatever remember that they're small and remember
