Really looking forward to our study tonight as we make our way through the Old Testament, book by book and chapter by chapter, verse by verse.

Tonight, just one chapter, Second Chronicles chapter 34. We're actually almost done with Second Chronicles and the next book will be Ezra, a relatively shorter book.

And then after that is Nehemiah.

So really looking forward to that if the rapture hasn't happened first.

So why don't you turn there at this time, and before we jump in, we'll pray and ask God's

blessing on our time together in His Word, if you would join with me.

Father in Heaven, thank you so much for this time that we have together on Thursday nights.

It's really, for many of us, the highlight of our week because we can just come here and

fellowship and study your word and worship and

put aside all the busyness, all the cares and the affairs of our very busy lives,

all the issues that we deal with on a daily basis.

And we can just give you our attention and open up our hearts to you so that you can minister to us and speak into our lives.

And that's why we're here tonight, Lord. We're looking forward to you doing just that.

So, Lord, will you minister to us?

Will you speak in and through this chapter that we have before us tonight?

We're asking you for this in Jesus' name.
