Our Bible study, Second Chronicles chapter 32. Again, just one chapter tonight. I'm really

sincerely trying to do two chapters a week. Not that we're any big hurry, but there are certain

chapters that it's not really, I feel like that we're going to miss something and I don't want to miss anything

and I really believe God has something for us here in this chapter. Why don't we pray and then

we'll jump in if you would join with me. Father in heaven, we're here tonight because we hunger and thirst for you and we know that only

you can satiate that hunger and thirst that we have by ministering to us in and through your

word.

So Lord, we want to commit to you our time together in your word tonight.

And Lord, we want to ask your blessing on it.

Lord, speak to us in and through this chapter that we have in front of us.

We pray in Jesus' name.

So if you were here last week, you know that we sort of ended off with the last two verses in chapter 31.

Now you understand that there were not in the original translations any chapter breaks.

It was just one contiguous narrative.

So really the end of particularly chapter 31 should be

included with our chapter tonight here in chapter 32. So we're going to pick it up in the last two

verses, verses 20 and 21 in just a moment, but here we're told that God had abundantly

prospered and blessed King Hezekiah. So verse 20, 2 Chronicles 31, says, thus Hezekiah did throughout all

Judah and he did what was good and right and true before the Lord His God.

And verse 21, in every work that he began in the service of the house of God, in the law and in the commandment to seek his God, very important, he did it with all his
