Why?

This because I actually don't run almost any of my social media. It's I actually have a struggle with there's a

piece for me like just the way social media is structured kind of goes against like the

way that I feel. I don't tell you I don't actually get enjoyment from it which is

ironic that we have such a following in certain platforms.

It's the joke for Andrea and myself is that the Tik-Toc that we have it's got like you know over

300 it's like 325,000 followers millions of

views on it wasn't even mine I didn't even have Tik-Tok she took a video of me on

hers and that went viral and then it ended up just being like people were

watching me on hers so she got rid of all the stuff with the girls off of there

and just said here you take the account I didn't even have that social media and that's why it's really funny is like a lot of the stuff that like has been going well for us where I don't I don't try and preach too hard religion but I go Christian and on this one I'm like I did surrender like

God take the wheel on some stuff I do our podcast it's the more that I've

surrendered and this is why I say it's a yin yang for mind body surrender is bad that's quitting that's not good and that's where my strong side is.

Heart and spirit surrendering is powerful and I didn't know that but I did. I'm like listen I've done all the psychology I've done all of the philosophy

I did all the compartmentalizations I've done all of the

Diagnosing I know the problems, but I still have like all of this here, it's just organized.
