It doesn't work that way.

Just getting yourself back in check is not going to fix everything.

Right.

If you can magically fix your depression,

all of the issues that's causing it is not going to just magically go away.

You need to have a communication. you need to sit down and have a check-in, talk to your person.

Let them understand why you are feeling the way that you're feeling and maybe when you're done they can reciprocate that.

So point of a check-in they can tell you why they're feeling the way that they're
