and then have a discussion about it. I have a lot of things that I want to get into. I'm going to preface this by saying I literally just recorded this entire thing, but I forgot to unmute my microphone, so round two.

So I'm going to skim over some of this. I'm not going to be as in depth as I was the first time because honestly I don't think it's necessary.

First thing I want to get into though is that I would like to say that there have been studies done that say between the ages of 20 and 30 the free the prefrontal cortex of the

brain is still developing we don't know to what extent it could be 1% it could be

20% we don't know but being that this is a conversation with 18 year old me

it's important to acknowledge that because I did a lot of shit in my teens and

20s that may have set me back in life so that's where this is coming from

your back in life. So that's where this is coming from.

Your brain is still developing throughout your 20s, which is a critical period. Even if you feel mature and capable, it is important to slow down on drugs and alcohol.
