Sure my name is Meg. I my Tik-Toc channel was Recovery Your Power.

I'm doing a brand rebrand so it's Meg Talk now because I think I'm 51 years old and I think

women over 40 have a lot of things going on to talk about and I didn't

want to just focus on one little thing but definitely women over 40 and just

getting them to live their best life and helping them, you know, live the best life they can and how you start over when you have to, you know, when different things happen and you have to start over.

So that's what I'm doing here and I'm thank you guys so much for

having me thank you for driving down no problem
