This is going to be probably a series that ends our interview run.

We are going to be cutting back on a lot of this and start doing this more as bonus content

and not as regular content.

And we have Matt Vincent on the podcast today. I'm very excited about this. I am a huge

fan of your content. Thank you man. And can you just tell them what you do?

Sure, um I've done a variety of things. at this point I'm really focused on you know helping

people unlock their best the best version of themselves whether that's through

awareness work or being able to build the habits that help them

become who they want to be. And so I came from an athletic background, competed

my entire life in a variety of things and finally in the

Scottish Highland Games won a couple world championships there and then got

retired due to an injury and decided to

refined identity and figure everything out on the back end.

And then after that shift of sorting through it, realizing what I really wanted to be, what I want to do,

and how do I take those skills from one chapter to the next, and kind of continue with that process

for the rest of my life.

But I've started an apparel

brand not dead yet back in 2014 I've hosted a podcast not dead yet podcast since

2017 I think we've done about 700 episodes. Wow. Something like that. That

makes us that that's a lot of content dude. It's a lot of content it has been in

that game for a long time.
