and I'm hoping that this can be as in depth and as formative as possible but we are going

to be covering addiction today and yes I said it with a

pee hopefully it's the only time that it slips out that way but know that that's the

discussion that's being had today on the podcast and if this is something that is sensitive to you you should probably not watch this one

but if you have somebody that's an active addiction or you yourself are struggling with this this could be a benefit to you

do you have anything that you want to jump into right away before we jump into that?

TED Talk what was that how was? The TED Talk was awesome.

It was in a suburb of Amsterdam and we had a real great time going out there and I did this talk

on how he became so successful at a very young age and on the stage I know you've seen the

TED Talk I'm all buttoned up and you know I look really good but on the inside I was

going through a ton of stuff and really an imposter syndrome of I don't belong here you know I'm just you

know fooling everyone I really shouldn't be here right now and I was struggling with

corn addiction and I was struggling with drinking too much smoking too much and you know there was a lot of things going on on that stage while I was having that talk, that's for sure.
