All right. Welcome back to the To Be Better Podcast. This is our episode two. We have a lot to discuss.

I want we have fielded questions that we got from YouTube, Tik Talk and emails we have

conversations that we would like to have and for those of you guys who are not

subscribed to the YouTube channel there are five or six small snippet videos that

we recorded yesterday that are up currently and obviously

this will be live on Sunday so today's Thursday ironically enough I'm recording

this early enough that I have plenty of time to edit without having to worry.

So for those of you who don't follow us, we are the Chris's, we are both Tik-Toc creators, which sounds absolutely

crazy to say, and we make videos helping people learn to communicate and to try to make relationships better

One of the things that we've talked about on our Tik-Tocks at length is the

Report cards our check-ins.

So we want to, I want to add to that.

For those of you who don't know,

our report cards are, our report cards,

or what we call report cards, our marriage check-ins. Once every week or every two weeks we

sit down, phones get put away, TVs are turned off, we face each other. Normally you

sit in my lap straddling me and you ask the three questions.

How is your mental health?

How am I doing as your wife?

And what can I do to be better?

Right.

And then I answer those and I ask you the same questions and we go on.
