Everyone's got here, I have two announcements for you, these are two exciting things that

are coming to the History Unplug podcast.

First of all, I am thrilled that next week, during a series with co-host James Early on

Key Battles of World War I, if you've listened to this podcast for any amount of time you

know that James is the number one contributor to the show, we've done three other series

together, Key Battles of the Civil War, Key Battles of the Revolutionary War, and Presidential

Fight Club.

In this series, we are going to be going deep into the trenches of World War I.

The series will go on for about two to three months, it will be over 20 episodes, we're

going to cover not only all the key battles of World War I, including for Dunn, Battle

of Tannaburg, Battle of the Marne, Battle of Glippoli, which I'm very excited about because

I like the out of an empire, Rusilov, Battle of the Swam, the various Ip-Druck campaigns,

and other battles sprinkled in.

James and I know many times it's hard to call some of these battles because these battles

go on dozens of times longer than other famous battles like the Battle of Gidey's Burg, and

many cases these battles go along longer than entire wars, especially smaller wars like

Israel's Six-Day War.

And we also talk about all sorts of background elements to World War I.
