So I want to talk about something that with the changes in the tax law and I've been covering

the changes and things you need to know about and look for with the new tax law for a while,

there's one thing that stayed the same and has had the same issue year after year.

Part of the tax code is an ultra family friendly provision that many taxpayers aren't aware

of and don't claim.

It's called the Earned Income Tax Credit that allows middle income taxpayers and I'll tell

you what middle income is considered to be, who have children to receive a tax credit

that can even zoom past what you owe and tax.

And so the IRS sends you a check if you ask for it.
