I mean, don't have to get one of those.

It's really just a great buy.

It would be a shame if anything happened to this property.

You don't want to grab this as soon as you can. Yeah, I mean, the way the market's going. Yeah. This could easily sell for

$3 million, I think. I mean, in this market, yeah, for sure. This week on the show, we reach
