data revolution and the video revolution and all that affecting golf swings, golf equipment,

golf balls in the manner that it does.

A lot of people associate that kind of technology specific to that industry.

Because they're selling you a lot of stuff, for starters, in the public,

and they can teach you why and tell you and show you why.

Hey, sorry, Tom, I know you just got these irons two years ago, but they're antiquated.

And here's why.

If you look at your numbers, and then just over and over again, they sell you stuff.

But the pros use all that stuff, and I would deep dive down with that stuff with

Trey Jones, golf coach at FSU, and we did that show together on Sirius XM. I would learn

from golf coaches, golf instructors, head coaches, and swing coaches and all that, about why

what they were looking for on the track man and the spin rates with certain golf balls

and all that stuff. To see it applied in baseball now.

And we knew about how it affected swings and why people began to, you know, kind of devalue the

strikeout or as a hit or not worry about striking out, I should say, and really try to get the ball out of the ballpark,

what kind of swing did that for you and why?

Because you saw spin rates.

You figured out how the ball left your bat a little bit differently than ever before.

And that separate and lift sort of thing that you began to see.

It's all fascinating to me now.

You know, you see it in baseball now with pitching and spin rate.

It is unbelievable.
