0:51.8	Both Canada and Mexico backed down just hours before what would have been the start of a tariff war with the United States.
0:59.6	Leaders from the neighboring countries spoke separately with President Trump on Monday and agreed to major concessions on border security.

1:08.4	They've agreed to put in 10,000 soldiers permanently, 10,000 soldiers at their side of the border
1:16.1	and stop fentanyl and illegal aliens from coming into our country.
