I'm doing great, it's great to see you guys. I do feel like I have so much gossip and things I've been wanting to text and we just had a 30 minute catch up with the crew because there's been a lot of stuff that were like don't bother

Kara don't bother kids and no one bothers me anyway so but it was good to get to catch up briefly and then

go into some depth here on the pod for everyone else as well.

Yeah, we kind of feel like we're, we'll do a little hit, hit a running towards the end, but we kind of felt like just

a life update was necessary and yeah we'll get back on

what we normally talk about maybe next week but just kind of catching up on life.

Yeah I mean I think well we also jammed a lot of running content in

for a nice stretch there, which is great.

Obviously, that's what we love talking about,

but I think the life stuff is obviously very important.

And I think what everyone is wanting to know, you've put some stuff on social recently.

I only told my family and closest friends because we didn't know how serious it was and we didn't know how long he was going to be there and I didn't I couldn't handle questions right even

my own I had this thread with Adam's family and my family and I'm like do not ask me a question

on this thread I'm telling you everything that I know and I still got some questions

at first but then family members scolded family members because it was just so we didn't know what was happening and I just didn't
