Get you through the mid part of the day and get you on into Florida State Baseball later on this evening as last night's game,

yesterday's game washed out, if you were. I called shenanigans Tom Lang. I didn't believe it.

I didn't think it was true. But I'm not in Jacksonville.

Maybe it was just a pop-up storm for my Jacksonville peeps. And the field didn't get covered in

time. That's been known to happen. I was frustrated. It was a pop-up storm that was found on the radar around 1230 in the afternoon.

So I anticipated the pop-up storm with a whole lot of travel time.

That was the least that they could do, though.

If there were some people in Tallahassee, maybe a few of the animals are piling into their cars.

I know beat reporters and so forth at least have the courtesy of, you know, before we leave this thing post lunch, letting us know that it ain't going to happen.

But at least it's only postponed one day, not one of those like COVID yesteryear moments.

It's just canceled, never going to be made up, never happening again.

I like that it was

only one day and not something that we'll see like made up in May. I'm ridiculous, man. I've got the

fever bad. I had all day yesterday to think about Florida State baseball and actually did. I love

watching that team play because I think that they're in perfect mix.

And what I mean by that is they have a long way to go.
