Why I believe consumption goes beyond food, so I'll get into that, but I want to start with food.

The first thing I would say is you want to consume protein, fiber, a little bit of healthy fat, and lots of nutrients.

but really you want to make sure you don't want to spike your blood sugar too much early in the

morning. So what I tend to do every morning for breakfast is I will do a collagen superfood smoothie.
