In an investigation broken by the Wall Street Journal, Thursday night of last week, several

apps were taking extremely sensitive personal information of yours and immediately transmitting

it to Facebook.

So that it could then be used for targeted solicitations and ads.

Now the worst part of this is this was happening to people who aren't even on Facebook, but

Facebook, allegedly has deep profiles on us, even if we are not active participants or

participants at all on Facebook.

So how specific is the information that the Wall Street Journal discovered apps were

sharing with Facebook?
