You ever been to the Moose Country in Lilliedale? Oh, sure. Yeah. It's closing. It's, but no.

Yes, really for a housing development, because we need more of that in the, yeah.

But the thing about that place that was unique was that was Jacques LaMaire and Mario

Tromblaise favorite watering hole. I did not know that I lived down the street in those condos

right on the river there. I only know this because I hung out with them a couple of times.

They did an interview with both of them once. That's a cool spot. I'm a very, very cool spot.

And so they got the price that they couldn't say no to basically. They must have. It's riverfront

property, isn't it? Yeah. Because when I lived in St. Paul, we would stop in there not frequently,

but it stopped in there once in a while. That's too bad. It's because the walleye fingers

were phenomenal. Here's my question. You mentioned that there's going to be more housing development.

And again, I'm past the point of my life where I'm going to be a downtown person, a downtown

liver. Is there really still that much demand for people to live downtown? We've got housing

projects and housing communities everywhere. Yeah, but it's not downtown. Well, I suppose it's

I mean, if you're urban dwellers, you know, I mean, the 25 to 35 year olds, they want to,

you know, you're right. They're not Joe's demnographic. They're probably not listening to the show

right now. Probably that. Yeah. Apparently it's a part of the strip mall too. Okay. Five,

five and a half acre sites. It's atop the scenic Mississippi river bluffs. You know, losing places

like style communities, losing places like that and knives and you wonder, is this the growing trend

now where we're not going to have the historic old old time bomb? I hope not. I hope not either.
