Before we dive into the meet at today's broadcast, I want to address something that has been

popping up in my emails lately and on the feeds too.

I recently got a question from a listener asking essentially if everything is so fundamentally

catastrophic for Russia, why are they still advancing?

And when I gave the honest mathematically verifiable answer that they really aren't advancing

anymore, that since they lost their illicit startling terminals, their pushes are measured

in 100 to 200 meter increments on isolated spots, and that they barely gain, you know,

they gain percent of a percent per month of Donbass, like ridiculous tiny amounts.

Official statistic of the most optimistic kinds say that they have gained 40 square

kilometers in February, which is a meager result since Ukraine still controls over 2,600

square kilometers.

And with this rate of advantage, they would take them more than four years, basically the advantages of the advances just still stopped.

Well, because Ukraine's dealing with its own bottlenecks after all.

I was made with a bit of a bunch of angry comments accusing me of, you know, lying.

I understand what this happens. I do, really. I understand why Western

analysts stick to their tried and true game theory models, and I understand why the general

public clings to the illusion of a competent, unstoppable Russian war machine. It's because the
