I'm Chase Parm.

And I went to the Lyceum on the Ole Miss campus this morning to speak with Chancellor

Glenn Boyce.

We talked about a number of topics, including Chris Beard's fast turnaround of the Ole Miss basketball program,

a large range view of what's going on with college athletics right now from an NIL standpoint,

a court case standpoint, and more.

And then we spent a lot of time on the universities a whole, the academics, the enrollment,

Ole Miss currently seeing record enrollments as far as retention,

it's freshman class, it's overall enrollment as well.

And it's not just beating its previous highs.

It is doing things that not many schools around the country are.

The enrollment cliff is very real and very much impacting schools across the state of Mississippi and the nation as well.

And when you have a lot of students, you need infrastructure, need places to put them.

We go through all those topics.

We talk about some of the things coming as far as the Duff Center, the STEM building, long time being built, a lot of resources put into something that Ole Miss is very excited about right now.

So really a great conversation.
