Did a bit of a dump there at the weekend. We were pre-recording some stuff

to release in February and then just with this lockdown and stuff it was like

I can't really sustain the banking of podcasts with guests the way I'd like to because you're not

loud out of the fucking house even though we're here we're in a bubble.

So I just put it up there's a there's a podcast with Patty McDonald there's a

podcast with Chris McNaughton,

the Strongman aka Big Bear. And there is also our first attempt at a vlogcast,

which I thought was a good start now yes good start if the only critique I have was

of myself that I went into it a little bit tentative just kind of like, oh, we'll see what happens.

Obviously the footage takes care of itself.

What we need then is like, you know, a bit of fucking punch at the start, I think.
