So here we are again.

You know, here is a twisted thought I had yesterday that I'm ashamed of, but it speaks

to where we are.

The first number I heard was 12, some irresponsible news outlet, jumping the gun and one first,

wanting to be first, but I heard 12 in my first, like one second thought was okay, so

not that many.

Isn't that crazy?

Yeah, that's a measure of where we are.

Inflation.

It's definflation because we've had so many 20 and 30 something and 50 something now

that when I hear 12, I think, okay, good, not that many, which is just, you know,

a second children at a school.

Yeah, it's an insane number.

Right.

It's an insane thing to happen.

It's utterly unthinkable except that it's thinkable and that is our problem.

That is our problem and that is that it's simple.

It has now become on the list of things you can do and that is a societal problem.

Yeah, back to that in just a second, but having a couple of kids that went through a traumatic

experience, not even close to as traumatic is this and they're both getting therapy and

a variety of things that we're supposed to look out for the rest of their lives, I can't

imagine what every kid in that school is dealing with and probably even the neighboring
