0:56.4	I'm here to tell you the truth, so I'm going to go through both possible interpretations,

1:09.6	NBC News reports Democrat Tom Suozzi wins New York special election to replace
1:25.4	George Sanctos as many of us know him, New York's third district will flip from red to blue in an early test for both parties ahead of November's fight for control of the house. We have a bunch of editorializing here about what this means, what it might mean, etc the really important element of this to consider is that
1:38.8	there are two interpretations of what this means for November. Now one interpretation would be hey look
