Summary
Who else might Dr. Caligari send to do her dirty work but the pugnacious, avaricious, and occasionally nefarious Blue Ribbon Winner’s Circle of the Science Faire, accompanied by a gang of their thuggish “participants?” What trouble will these purveyors of the rat flu bring down upon the heads of Dr. West, Elizabeth Rourke, and dear Andrew Snidge?
