Declassified documents from Romania's intelligence agency appear to show that there was foreign interference in the vote.

Romania is in turmoil today after its constitutional court announced the cancellation of the country's presidential election.

The second round of voting was supposed to happen on Sunday after a first round came out in

favor of a far-right candidate who'd expressed admiration for Vladimir Putin.

His opponent was a lawmaker on the center right.

Polls showed the two running neck and neck.

The announcement about the election being canceled came after
