your energy. Okay. So you want this book called The Compass with Indian and it's a really

interesting format. I don't think I've ever really read a book like this. The format of it, it's about, it's a really interesting format I don't think I've ever really read a book like

this the format of it it's about it's a it's a small little book it'll be out by the time this

podcast goes live a little story about the values that guide us and it was just an intriguing way

that you wrote it was like you basically made up this scenario of someone in their work life

and they've got a fiance and they're trying

to grapple actually with really big questions of like do I fit with this corporate culture that

I'm working at and like the things that everybody sort of grapples with but you made up the story

but you could just see obviously how this is someone you know it's like a conglomeration I'm sure

of a lot of people's

experience into one story. So how did you think of writing it in that way? So it sounds like
