0:25.7	tell me about the chicken you're making okay so it's basically just uh this chicken on the bones
0:32.2	it's like all drumsticks and my daughter can't have butter usually this recipe calls for a whole
0:37.2	bunch of butter. Okay.
0:38.7	So of course I clean the chicken, pat it dry, layer some salt on there, some paprika on both sides.
0:45.0	And I let it sit in the oven, I mean in the fridge for like 30 minutes to let it dry, Brian, just a little bit. Okay. Then I take my big castle dish, layer some onions on there, some olive oil and some paprika and then

1:00.0	And then I take the chicken out, put it inside, and then I layer some more onions and bell
1:04.0	peppers on top.
1:05.0	Then I cover it, put it into the oven for an hour, and then take it off and then cook it
1:10.2	again for another hour. Wow. Oh wow. What a commitment.
1:13.8	What a commitment. Well, this is incredible and you have an incredible story. You are out in the
1:18.6	world encouraging fathers and you come from a situation where you grew up and your father wasn't
1:22.9	around. He was on the other side of the country and you were thinking that you would maybe never even
1:28.7	have kids at all because it's really heavy and you know, you have this hard experience.
1:33.8	And yet here you are spending two plus hours making chicken for your kids and teaching
1:40.1	and inspiring families around the world to be better parents and specifically fathers. So you
