I'm 19 keys and this is high level conversation.

You know, I'm currently on a journey of exploring my shadow self.

I've been doing a lot of work with it.

I went to one death therapy so far.

And this is something that I'll probably startle against that first.

But exploring the mental health issues within my own family.

And some of my own mistakes and things that I nature in life.

I have a growth mindset so I always want to get better.

And one thing that I learned was that the decisions that we make a lot of times

and things that we do is know who we are.

These are our preconditions.

These are the way that we've been programming chiefly comes through childhood.

And so a lot of people don't examine their childhood.

I've been going through a deep examination of who I am to really show up

as my authentic self at all times.

And not just showing up in a sense to where this is what you show the world.

But this is what you know of yourself.

So I examine kind of going back into my own childhood just looking at the dynamics of my parents' relationship.

How did that affect me?

How did I feel at that time?

The words that were repeated to me as a youngster.

How did that affect the relationship that I have with women or men?
