0:04.0	Right, so for my advice for anybody is to never be generalized, right, and stereotypical
0:14.1	movements because you're not even thinking for yourself at this point.
0:18.3	And you can be happy about something that's negative for you.
0:22.6	So you don't really want to have a positive attitude about negativity.
0:26.2	You want to turn negativity into a positive, which is completely different.
0:30.1	Otherwise, positivity becomes a toxic trait because it doesn't allow you the awareness
0:35.7	of things that are negative and ill for you.

0:39.7	So instead, you want to be pure in your awareness and have understanding and say that,
0:45.7	ah, no, that's actually not a good thing.
0:49.0	So I'm not going to be happy about it.
0:50.7	I'm going to make a change, which will make me feel better, which will produce a happiness.
0:55.4	So you go through that process because for me, the mind has the ability to go through
1:01.4	the high level factor of growth through the formula of mind equals potential awareness
1:07.2	transformation.
1:08.9	Right.
1:09.9	The mind being aware, having awareness of his potential, I can be high level.
1:15.6	I there is a version of myself that is better, that is greater, that I can envision.
1:20.1	Right.
1:20.6	That is my power and my tool that I can utilize that comes from the sense of the mind.
1:25.2	We can have a sense of self that is greater than the sense that we are.
