today. Well, good morning, beautiful. Welcome to a brand new day of life. Happy Tuesday, my friends.

So yesterday we started a study of the book of Genesis. And I received so many messages

yesterday of delightful surprise. I guess a lot of people heard me announce that we're doing a study of Genesis,

and it was kind of that same reaction when I announced we were doing the study of Revelation

back this summer. It's that, oh, this is going to be boring. And I received several messages

yesterday saying, oh my gosh, what a fun devotional.

Like that was so fun.

I wasn't expecting a study of Genesis to be so energizing and exciting.

So yay, let's continue on day two of our study of Genesis. Now again, every day isn't going to be the same.

We're not always going to be in the book of Genesis for the next couple weeks or I don't know how long this is going to take.

But every day that God leads me there, that's where we're going to be today. We are going to be in the book of Genesis.

And hey, while I'm thinking about it, let me also say, today is Tuesday, November 11th.

If you're listening on schedule, there will not be a new devotional tomorrow on Wednesday.

I am traveling to retreat, our final retreat of the year. Oh my gosh, it's our Christmas retreat.

So excited. So I'm traveling tomorrow morning. There will not be a new episode of the devotional tomorrow.
