we know things and we never question like, well, what do I really believe about that thing or what do we really understand about that? So the conversation is really about spirituality and what is it mean to be spiritual. I think that is one of the most misused and misunderstood words. And I think that most people don't realize that they are misusing it and misunderstanding it. I think most people think being spiritual is somebody who takes the high road, who is able to calm themselves to be in a state of zen, of calm, of stillness, and to stay in that state, kind of, which is rare and almost impossible for most.
