Welcome to today's diary update. We are about one mile up a hill in a

Moiska community. You can see everyone up here. You here the ritual lodges, and we're getting ready, we're just

having lunch and we're getting ready to partake in a rappy ritual. The most

amazing thing is that they asked us to bring some things to help I guess to pay forward a little bit

since they were helping us and they asked us to bring just a load of food like sausage coke stuff like that and it turns

out everything they asked for was to feed us while we were here which is that's just

nice you know in the UK you'd expect payment.

So then after that we've pretty much

I can see the whole here this was filled with mud right to the top

and we formed a line and passed it along.

You can see that the mud is going to be used down here.

So we moved all this, that hole was full.

That's going to be used as a floor for another structure.

So it's amazing to be used as a floor for another structure.

So it's amazing to be able to contribute to the community here

and to think that that's going to become a place for rituals,

for other people like me that's going to come here or for people who, you know,

for families, communities, really quite incredible.

Vinny, however, is not here today.

He drank a little much, too much last night, so digging that hole out would have been a bit too much for him, I think.

But here we are, we got nice and muddy, washed up in the pool, and it was a beautiful

experience to contribute some, I guess manual labor to the community here and help.
