that you can find happiness. And oddly enough it's often the last place that we look.

Tonight's session is entitled,

Creating Our Own Happiness. Now Now I say that because despite what anybody might

think there is no happiness anywhere in the world if there's none inside of you.

And we've seen people do all kinds of things and chase all kinds of experiences

looking for the elusive butterfly of happiness only to miss it again and again and again.

How many of you have ever been disappointed in an outer experience?

Huh?

How many of you have been disappointed in another person?

How dare they disappoint you and not meet your expectations?

Ladies and gentlemen, there is no happiness anywhere outside of ourselves until it is first within us.

And I want to say very gently that if anybody here really believes that happiness is somewhere out there

in another relationship in finding the right person, another job, more money living in some beautiful

city other than Michigan.

If you believe that there's no happiness here,

but if you can just change some things out there,

you'll find happiness.

You, my friend, are in an illusion.
