1:39.6 | And you do this every day for 365 days and by the end of that year you're five pounds heavier. |
1:47.7 | And you might say to yourself, oh you know it's only five pounds I can get rid of |
1:51.8 | that easy but here's the thing you make these same choices the next |
1:56.2 | year along with a non choice which is to not exercise which is to not go to the gym which is to not get your steps in. |

2:14.9 | God like how did this happen? Well what happened because you made these small minute |

2:28.6 | little's became a lot. And so what we need to do is become aware of these choices. What are we doing? What are the choices and non-choices that we're making and replace those with better choices? And when you replace them with better choices then over a period of time |
